Certificate not visible even after completing 100% course.

I am Aditya Srivastava from VIT Bhopal University and I purchased L&T
Certificate in AI & Edge Computing for Industry Applications course and have completed all lectures + projects and Test , but the certificate is still not visible to me.

Also I submitted my project well before the deadline but still it is not checked.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest as I need to submit the certificate in my university.
