Looking for internship opportunities

I have Completed my Undergraduation in Psychology this year. I am planning to reroute my carrer path in bussiness administration and management.So i am planning to take a break year to prepare for my entrance exams such as CAT. But still I want to do something more in this gap . Will L&T provide me with any internship opportunities that are relevant for me to build skills that are specially required for Management and Bussiness Administrartion areas?
