Why the current lead 90 degree in capacitor when that time voltage is zero on graph
Similarly the current lag voltage minus 90 degree in inductor but voltage in positive value how?

In capacitor charge flows initially to develop voltage across it , in other words current leads, whereas in inductor voltage is applied and then current flows establishing the magnetic field.
